Hi! I’m Coach Kelly

I grew up in a Hispanic household that knew NOTHING about balanced eating or fitness which caused me to be overweight for 19 years of my life. This took a toll on how I viewed myself and the world around me. I was extremely lazy, I hated the idea of working out or dieting and I always felt bitter and sad growing up. Not to mention that I HATED looking at my body in the mirror or having pictures being taken of me.

But it wasn’t until COVID-19 hit where it FORCED me to get my body moving because my mental health was at an all time low that I realized… FITNESS AND WELLNESS WAS WHAT I WAS MISSING IN MY LIFE.

Ever since then, I lost my first 40 lbs, wore any outfit I wanted to wear, grew all my social media pages, and learned that the key to building a confident version of yourself is through SELF-DISCIPLINE.
